Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a flight ticket from Delhi Airport to Goa from Travolook.in on 14.04.2022. within 5 minutes After payment of Rs. 11162/- I Received a call from Travelook.in that my booked tickets PNR not generated by company and my tickets are cancelled and for this ticket cancelation mail is sent on my e-mail id. I said okay to madam and I asked about refund than she told me on mail that full amount refund will be given in 48 hours. I agreed. Now one month is passed I did not received my paid amount . I raised mutltiple complaints on their telephone number and sent 3-4 refund request mail. But they are not refunding my amount already more than 40 days passed. Please look into matter and do the needful.
