I have book a flight ticket from a website travolook. In
I pay through sbi online netbanking or rs 4826
And after money deduction a message appear on screen that
You ticket is not confirmed
We have initiated refund to the same bank aacount in 24 hr
After 24 hr my money is not received
So i desited to call a company but there representative not give me refund referance number
So i doubet about the company and serch on google and found this company is fraud
Please resolve my problem
