Sir , I was booked a flight from Travolook.in on 17th of Aug 2022 at about 16:42 hours . After deduction of rupees: 7800/- they failed to generate and provide me the tickets but they deduct the same amount from my credit card and at the same time their customer executive calls me that your booking has been failed due to our technical issue٫ and they enhance at that time that we will refund the same amount with 07 working days.but sir till date our amout hasn’t been credited back to our account.we called them again and again ,but they told us the same drama that we have already intiate your refund.so wait ….but we waits alot sir.so please resolve our issues immediately.
