I received a fake call from an 8527297507/8874558625 from naukari.com from Rhea Mehra for a job at Aditya Brila. Then she asked me to do a transaction of Rs.11-/ when I tried and entered my debit card details I received an OTP when I entered OTP but the transaction did not happen and I received 7 different OTP at that time she said try after some time but and the call ended. on that same day, 6 unauthorized transactions happened and a total amount of Rs 18900 got deducted from my account without my authorization. Today I called Rhea and asked about the transactions she said yes we have your money and it happened because of our server issue. Then I asked her for a refund but she did not refund my money back but she denied to do it and now they are not responding to my calls.
