I received a product today through Ecom express and since it was Cash On Delivery I paid by mistake and received. Actually I supposed to receive a product from flipkart so thought it is the same product but now when I checked it was a different product which I have not ordered. When send mail to Ecom they are telling this has been booked from shopping portal “SOCIOFY Enterprise private limited”. Though I have not ordered anything from this protal.l want to refund their product and need my money back. Don’t know who has order this and why they use my address and details. It is more of a fraud and scam so please take action. Ecom express helpline gave me the information is mentioned below :
