Dear Sir / Madam,
On account of some medical emergency I had taken a loan through “Handy Loan” app which is available on Google Play store with good rating, on 4th of June 2022during the application I had submitted all the required data, instead of One loan applied they approved 5 different product amounting Rs. 3500/- each against which my account got credited with approx. Rs.2275/- each 5 loan products, Loan Tenure was 7 days so accordingly due date falls on 11th of June but Nightmare start from the 10th of June during my bad health condition itself. when early morning around 7 am IST I got a WhatsApp call from some Foreign country, and he was forcing me to make the payment within next 10 minutes else they will circulate my entire da ta they capture from my Phone by making my morph naked picture, slang abusive languages to across my entire Contact List and all over Social media. The Harsh and Dusky voice also threatened me to pick my family from my home, rapped them and Killed them.
Out of the Blue and in fear to save my family and my reputation I had repaid the same on dated 10th of June only Full Repayment as shown in their app.
But magical Drama start not stop here one side I was making the payment of one loan, which finished and reapplied with higher amount with heavy Service charges, like out of Rs. 5000 loan my account got credited with approx. Rs. 3000/- more surprisingly at time of repayment there is not any particular account or UPI Id, if one UPI Id invalid it will reshuffle instantly with other bank person name.
While second time amount got credited which I do not want and I tried to call back those persons who were following with me since 7am till the time all payment done, no one responded after received Payment screenshot.
On 11th of June again in the Morning I got WhatsApp call from other country code and they start threatening the same line like yesterday that if I will not do as they are saying they can go to any extend for which they sent some sample Pictures and Videos with disappearing form.
In this way I have to follow their instruction as they said to do , when i do not had amount to repay they install some random New Loan App in my phone from which few products got approved and few rejected, and same process of Loan Amount and credit amount was huge like Loan amount is Rs. 2500 my account may get credited Rs, 1100/- or 1200/- only.

Till 24th of July 2022 all these were continued where I have to take borrow from my friends, advance salary to make their payment as well as me and my entire Family suffered during the period with COVID Positive, they were not even to listen medical emergency also. They just bother about Money only. Moreover they list bother whether Payment update in the app or not until unless I shared the proof of the payment transfer to them they did not closed my account, during this course and number of increase daily transaction My Axis Bank Account got Debit Freeze and I was unable to make the payment for sometime, but that too they were not ready to listen and gave threat to me if I will not resolve the account problem or share another account details they will open an Number of Account in different Banks in my name like Yes Bank specially, HDFC Bank and many other they named. To stop this activity and avoided any further illegal activity I had to share my Kotak Bank account details with them.

But I failed to stop spoilage my Image, Reputation when on 24th of July Sunday 2022 I got call from my Ex Colleague around 8am that what kind of these WhatsApp msg circulating for you where My Pan Card used, and modified with Loan Chor, Fraud, rapper of 5 year girl and so on and these type of calls were continue after that from all my contacts. IN spite of fulfilling their Repayment requirement, they had done their work and spoiled my all the image in the market, Family , Society and my entire Phone Book contact list.
Before that I had not disclose all this to my Wife or any one out of fear. but now its beyond my control and all the 30 plus Loan apps they installed in my phone like, Yes Loan, Faith Loan, Rupeeway, Alpha Loan as so on which I shared with Cyber Cell also. they all together start demanding approx. Rs. 4.37 lacs plus Huge Penalty. while my account got credited during this period with Rs. 5.75lac and I Replayed then 5.72 approx.

After complaining to Cyber Cell they suggest not to respond any such calls, msg even block your Numbers. but now they are Brutually Harashing my Old Parents and Valued Corporate associates, due to which my Job is also on stake.

Apart from doing sucide to rid of this Shame, Guilt and Insult across the society i do not finding any solution.
Here I would also add that I am a patient of Sever Depression, Anxiety and with high doseg of medicines my treatment is going on from last 10 month, and now I am unable to handle all these Mental Trauma all around along with my two lite daughters and my wife all are under sever Mental Trauma.

Defiantly I Lost my money which can be earned if I can survived, but what about the compensation which prestige, respect , Image I lost in the society, because of improper verified App to be allowed on most trusted Google Play store.
