On 29th August,2020 afternoon I got a call from an unknown number telling me that they are willing to offer me a DATA ENTRY job via a company called Pinnacle Web Tech. The person explained to me that I have to complete 520 forms within 5 days and they will pay me 35 INR per page while paying for the same they shall deduct an amount of 4,200 INR for the registration and pay me for the work. Then I got a mail from a person named Param Chopra <[email protected]> on August 29, 2020, at 3:26 pm in which the person asked me to send my addhar card, photo and signature scan copy for the registration. The person in the call mentioned that I would have to pay the registration amount if I don’t complete the work on due date. They then sent me a copy of the agreement pasting my scan copy of the photo and signature on 29th August 2020 from the mail id of Param Chopra because I didn’t get any email from the company. After that, I started my work, and after 3days on 2.09.2020 suddenly my account showing your account is locked due to multiple logins. When I called the person he told me he doesn’t know anything about this he transfers the call to the senior executive. Then that senior executive told me that when my network is off maybe I tried to log in again and that’s why I have to pay 7,999 INR to restart the work. I paid that amount and continued the work. The next day I got a mail from [email protected] at 4:58 PM and stated that “Alert! Mr. Shantanu Kumar Ghosh, Your NOC Request Has Been Received Collect Your NOC At Rajkot District Court Gujarat. Kindly Be Present At Court On  07 September 2020 11:00 AM With Applicable Charges Of INR 21,980/- Rs To Collect Your Non Objection Certificate Contact Your Case Leading Advocate Siddhant Agarwal +91 9624075281 Company Name Pinnacle Web Tech Online Pay Timing Today 5:20 PM”. Then advocate Siddhant Agarwal called me and threatened me to pay the amount otherwise I have to come there and suffer other consequences. I called the company customer and then he again transfers the call to his higher executive Nitish Sharma and he also threatened me and assured me that after this I don’t have to pay anything and I will get it back. Unfortunately, being afraid I have paid that amount 21,980 INR to the UPI id “efees@airtel”. On the next day again I got a mail from [email protected] and this time they stated that “Alert! Mr. Shantanu Kumar Ghosh, Your Soft Copy Of The NOC Has Been Successfully Approved Kindly Collect Your Docket Details Along With Proceeding Charges Of INR. 37,950/-Rs. (Refundable With Demand Drafting) Note:- Failure To Collect Docket Number Court Will Be Liable To Cancel The NOC And Court May Issue Notice Against You. Kindly Clearance The Charges Timing  10:30 AM 04/09/2020 To Avoid Further Legal Issues.” Again this time advocate Siddhant Agarwal called and WhatsApp me and threatened me. But this time I don’t have the money and I was feeling lost everything. But I completed the work with accuracy and checking 2 3 times before submitting it. But today I got a mail from [email protected] and told me that My work is not 90% accuracy achieved and I have to pay.
Then they call me and messaging me and also threatening me.
Please help me. What should I do now? I lost my total 29,979 INR.
