On 28th August 2020 afternoon I got a call from an unknown number telling me that they are willing to offer me a DATA ENTRY job via a company called PINNACLE WEB TECH. The person explained to me that I have to complete 520 forms within 5 days and they will pay me 35 INR per page while paying for the same they shall deduct an amount of 4,200 INR for the registration and pay me for the work . Then I got a mail from a person named Param Chopra([email protected]) on August 28, 2020, at 4:30 pm in which the person asked me to send my addhar card, photo and signature scan copy for the registration. The person in the call mentioned that I would have to pay the registration amount if I don’t complete the work on due date. They then sent me a copy of the agreement pasting my scan copy of the photo and signature on 29 August, 2020 through the mail id [email protected] because the mail from the company was not coming. So I asked the person to forward me the mail. After that on 30 I started the work and after 3 days on 2 september I can’t login due to error stating that “Due to multiple login my account is suspended”. But that is not corect. For some network issue it automatically logged out. After that, I called the person(Param Chopra) and his senior associate (Nitish Sharma) told me that I have to pay the server maintenance charge i.e 7,999 INR then after I can continue my work. I paid that amount and after that, they started my login id again and I have continued the work. After 2 days on 4 September at 4:58 PM, I got a mail from [email protected] and stated that “Alert! Mr. Shantanu Kumar Ghosh, Your NOC Request Has Been Received Collect Your NOC At Rajkot District Court Gujarat. Kindly Be Present At Court On 07 September 2020 11:00 AM With Applicable Charges Of INR 21,980/- Rs To Collect Your Non Objection Certificate Contact Your Case Leading Advocate Siddhant Agarwal +91 9624075281

Online Pay Timing Today 5:20 PM“. Then the advocate called me and threatened me to pay the fees otherwise I have to meet him at Rajkot District court. Unfortunately being afraid, I paid that amount 21,980. I called that associate Nitish Sharma and he ensured me that further, I don’t have to pay for anything and I will get that amount back. But next day morning on 5th September at 10:11 AM I got another email from [email protected] stating that ”

I don’t know why you guys are paying whatever the amount they are asking for.
You are the one who work then why should you pay and everything they send you is illegal and they can’t even pluck anything legally and the notices they send you are complete fake. So if they call you one more time them just talk to them fearlessly and say do whatever you want and you won’t receive any calls from them.

अपने देश में अभी डिजिटल एग्रीमेंट का कोई नियम नहीं है यह बात मैंने हर एक जगह पूछी है। कभी भी कोई एडवोकेट या क्राइम ब्रांच वाला आपको कॉल करके पैसे की डिमाण्ड नहीं करेगा न ही कोर्ट की नोटिस ईमेल या व्हाट्सएप्प पर आती है ये पूरा पूरा फ़्रॉड्स है और इनके लोग भी फ़्रॉड्स है इनकी बातों पर यकीन न करें और न ही इनको पैसे दे। आप लोग इनके फ़ोन कॉल, फ़ोन मैसेज, व्हाट्सएप्प मैसेज, ईमेल सभी को नजरअंदाज करें और इनकी धमकियों भरी फ़ोन कॉल से न डरे ये लोग कुछ नहीं कर सकते आपका सिर्फ धमकियां देते है।

Provide the bank details of the business, it will be easy to trace the owner, most people are not paying
Hey so did you payed them money or not? I will recommend you not to pay them a single penny. They’re completely fraud companies. You can just ignore Their phone class or texts either just block them.
