On 10th November,2020 morning i got a call from an unknown number (+919879187034) telling that they are willing to offer me a DATA ENTRY job via company called “Phoenix DotNet”. The person explained me that I have to complete 560 forms within 6 days and they will pay me 35 INR per page while paying for the same they shall deduct an amount of 4,600 INR for the registration and pay me for the work.Then i got a mail from a person named Riya Jain (jriya8998@gmail.com) on 10th november, 2020 at 14:46 in which the person asked me to send my photo and signature scan copy for the registration. They then ask me for uploading signature and photo.sent me a copy of the agreement pasting my scan copy of photo and signature ,there are so many hard condition written in this agreement.after reading aggreement i had denied to join this and i have send a mail for rejecting.they are not inform any condition before agreement. On 25th nov i have received a call from Pritam Rana (+91 96386 70911) ,he told me he is an advocate and threatened me to pay the fees 37,950/-otherwise I have to meet him at Mehasana District court on 28th november. The legal notice they sent me by sms said , ” Alert!Mr. Chinmoy Mandal, Your Notice Has Been Approved. The Hard Copy Of This Notice Will Be Sent To Your Registered Address. Failure To Present At Court Date, Court Is Liable To Issue An Arrest
Warrant Against You.
Please take action against them.they are fraud team.this is one type of blackmail and fraud.please help.
