On 23rd september,2020 morning i got a call from an unknown number (+919099413019) telling that they are willing to offer me a DATA ENTRY job via company called ByteForce IT. The person explained me that I have to complete 560 forms within 6 days and they will pay me 35 INR per page while paying for the same they shall deduct an amount of 4,600 INR for the registration and pay me for the work.Then i got a mail from a person named Rishi Rajput (rishirajput8998@gmail.com) on 23rd September, 2020 at 01:03 pm in which the person asked me to send my photo and signature scan copy for the registration. The person in the call mentioned that I would have to pay the registration amount (Rs 4600) if i don’t complete the work in due date. They then sent me a copy of the agreement pasting my scan copy of photo and signature on 23rd September, 2020 through the mail id info@byteforceit.com . After that i completed my work within the given time that is 6 days from starting . Starting from 24th September, 2020 Ending on 29th September, 2020. After submitting i got a call from the company executive (9624087027) 30th September, 2020 saying that i have made 8 extra mistakes from the eligible mistakes and I won’t be paid for it. Now to quit the job I had to pay 4600 INR or i can correct my mistakes paying for a correction panel which would cost 17,950 INR. Unfortunately, I paid Rs 17,950. After receiving the money the same excecutive called me and told that my credit score is less and i have to pay additional Rs 22,880. I did not pay the amount , so after that they have been threatening me in whatsapp that they have logged an F.I.R. against me and they sent me a copy of the same through the mail id districtcourtassociate1@gmail.com on 30th September, 2020. Then the advocate Pritam Rana (+91 96386 70911) called me and threatened me to pay the fees otherwise I have to meet him at Anand District court. The legal notice they sent me said , ” Kindly Note Above Given Details Are Being Sent At Anand District Court For Further Legal Proceedings And You Need To Be Present At Anand District Court On 01/10/2020 With The Challan Amount Of 67,950/- INR.

Failure To Present At Court Date, Court Is Liable To Issue An Arrest
Warrant Against You.”
