I had ordered 2 items from Ajio on 3rd May 2019. While 1 item was delivered on time; the other item has been delayed till date (30th May 2019). My order no is #FL911147938 and the item delayed is a kids mega football. Despite repeated complaints and emails, the matter has not been attended to and refund option is unavailable. The tracking has never been updated beyond 3rd May 2019.
