Dear Sir/Madam,This is in reference with the product I have ordered through dealchamp. GSTIN 06ABFGA1000M1ZN
I have ordered Nokia 3310 for which priced Rs 1499/- (Order ID:DC10627), shown as deal of the phone (attached image of order confirmed)
But I Have received Snowtel S-30 mobile, Priced Rs499 in amazon.in(attached the image)
I have already raised a complaint through your website but there is no response from your side.
As mentioned in the return policy:
I have sent a mail to care@dealchamp.in,but that email bounced back metioning email id not exist.!!! I forwarded the mail to other email id hello@dealchamp.in, but still no reply..!!
This is really cheating from your side.
Also noted the Parcel been taken for shipmenet (AWB # C002735782)without proper consignment form mentioning Senders and Receiver details along with thr Package by coriur company Shipdelight.com, they also not receiving the call or replying to the customer support request.
This seems they also suppprting fraud…
Kindly revert my payment of Rs 1499/+ Penality and take the Snowtel mobile back ASAP
(within 10 Days from today)Else im going to report to Cyber crime and raise it to consumer court!!!!…
