I Poonam Sanas received a call from Harry Rathore calling from Elite Services, saying to register for online data entry work on 11th october 2020. I’ve received emails and phone calls stating the verification is over and I can start working on an agreement base. They’ve sent me an agreement which is fake and no signature and seal is mentioned. they had asked for picture of my adhaar card and they just enterd my details in the agreement. I also started working on the form filling work, I also competed the work in 8 days but I cant submit the project as it was asking for the password. Then I called on their helpdesk no and also to Harry Rathore but they did not received the call I also msg them on whatsapp but no reply. Then I understood it is a fake company. I recived a call after 2 days saying that your QC report is failed and you have to pay compensation of rs 6700/ I refused to pay so he started talking in harsh language and said you will recive a legal notice. I blocked his no. but he started msg me.
Even I got a mail from said advocte (Minhaz). and threating me over the phone.
Kindly assist me as to what to be done from them looting me and myself getting robbed by these fraud company. As of now I have not paid a single penny to them.
