- I uploaded my phone number in Click india jobs app for a part time job
- Aalayan Solutions approached me offering the data entry job
- They asked me to upload a photo, signature and aadhar card. They sent me an “online agreement” pdf.
- I started doing the work but they blocked my account. I tried to contact them but couldn’t.
- Then I received a mail regarding failure of successful project completion and I’m liable to pay certain amount to them.
- I contacted a number They provided in the email and they told me they’ll forward this to the “legal” department in their company and let me know.
- I waited for their call but they didn’t answer. I’ve sent an email 3 times about this
- Today on 28th June, I received an email saying that I have to pay certain amount to the company or else I will be punished according to the law under sections 37, 73, 74, 420.
- The advocate named Kunal Singh contacted me through whatsapp and threatened me to pay ₹15500 within half an hour or else I will be sent to the court. I asked for a little time but he denied.
- I asked him the company’s GST number, PAN number and CIN number. He didn’t provide me the details and threatened me that if I won’t pay in the given time I will be dragged to court.
- I was afraid, tensed and got blackmailed by him and told him that I’ll pay the amount.
- Few of my friends told me this is a complete scam and told me to block the number and the email from which I was receiving the mails.
- I did everything. Blocked them and reported spam.
- But now I’m worried, stressed and tensed about everything that happened. I am not able to eat or drink or sleep properly.
