Company name called FLENT DIGITAL SERVICE, Delhi. Made an legal agreement for job 1200 forms filling in 12 days. If we fail by filling minimum 85% correct forms, we have pay 3900/- Registration fee. If not paid case will be filled in delhi court and notice will be issued to nearest police station. We received id and password by email to login in https://xpressdata.online & also we filled 1200 forms. In that, 966 incorrect forms noticed and issued task report in same site.
We asked them to give a day time to re correct those forms by sending email to help project.244@gmail.com contact helpline number: 9404986306 , but they not acceted. Legal advocate Adv. salon patak sent a mail to me by casing a file in delhi court under section 420 to pay 45000/- Rs in court as per the agreement. All agreement made through whatsapp, phone and email only, not issued or sent any hard copies of agreement by courier while signing the contract agreement.
I request to take necessary action and help us.
For your information, Till now we have not made any single payment to them.
