Here i don’t mention that Fraud company name because i don’t like to type that *** company name, Two years ago I received a message on WhatsApp for Data entry job, They told me that You need to fill 250 forms with 80 percent accuracy in 4 days with salary Rs15000, For Joining you need send my any id prof and sign a contract digital, I thought I can do this job easily because I just need to fill the data and my typing speed is good, So I sent my id prof photos also a signature by digital to their WhatsApp number, Within few minute they send me a contract (attached below) to digital sign, Since it was 4 days work I thought I can do easily but It was not easy The web portal is designed in a way cannot complete the work in 4 days, Same happened with me I cannot complete the work because the data is not easily identify so next day I got call from a different phone number saying I’m legal advocate from that company explaining that you had a contract with my client and and failed to fulfill so you need to pay Rs. 15000 within 15 minutes to stop legal action against you otherwise we will file a case against you for the breach of contract under sections 71,72 and 73 of The Indian Contract Act 1872 and See you in the Bangalore Court .I didn’t pay any amount to them because I’m student and I don’t had that amount of money, Also i searched in internet about data entry scam so i get confidence about that i don’t do any mistake about this but they make a call on different phone number, I really afraid for first day , They tried to put pressure on me that after the legal proceedings police will come and take you to the jail and you have to pay Rs.150000 to the company for damages and 100000 for court fee, I get call daily but i don’t pic those call i ignore that so they mail me with the name of lawyer i ignored that mail too day by day i get out from fear finally, I get call for one month after that they stop make call to me
