I’ve applied for a data entry job and the respective company whom against i compliant had contacted me and gave me job which need to be completed within 12 days with accuracy of 85%. By the end of the period they told me that I’ve failed to meet the required accuracy and i should pay amount of 3500/- as admin charges. The name they provide me as the name of the company was “Alphatick Digital Services”. They called at 11.45 and asked me to pay the amount by 12 P.M or they would initiate the legal proceedings. The guy who introduced himself as the legal advisor threatened me and asked me to beware about their capabilities to spoil my future.
I here by attach the relevant texts they sent me.

You have taken a work form ALPHATICK DIGITAL SERVICES, you need to type 1200 form in 12 day but your reports are fail, so you have to pay admin charges 3500rs, so pay charges before 12Pm, if you will not pay before 12Pm, then we will submit your case file towards senior advocate and once you receive a legal notice then you have to pay above than 20000rs.
