RECEIVED A CALL FROM NUMBER 8800622473.
Shared details on Online Typing job from pdf to word. They shared details on how to type and money per page. THEY TOOK A DEPOSIT OF 500 rs. However, no mention of penalty for not completing the job in the required fashion. They only mentioned the money per page and 15 errors per page and page with more than 15 errors is not eligible for payment. NO MENTION OF ANY PENALTY.
After job submission, I am told 50% errors and now asking me to pay 21,000.
However as per job, I should not be eligible for payment , why are they asking me to pay penalty when so such clause or Ts and Cs mentioned in the job email.
The last threatened me with a voice note and call also. Please advise way forward
