on dated 24th Oct 2020, I received a call from zenith solution company (+91-7802877022 ) in Gujarat, they said to me that we will provide to you work from home data entry online job . they said to me that we have limited vacancies this is good opportunity for you please join for our company for online data entry work. I felt this is good opportunity for me because they offered Rs. 18000/- for 600 forms per Rs. 30/- with in 7 days with accuracy of 90%. Eventually they send me a work based on digital agreement but the terms & conditions are not send me before I agreed the work , I don’t why . one day after the agreement I started working day & night for this job . I try to give my best to my work but due to some technical issue from the company side , few forms are left . out of 600 I have done 464 form & remaining 134 left due to website page breakdown Even i try to complain this technical issue so many times , no one take any action from my problem . ( if something going wrong from company side there is no fault of mine ). while i submitted my work ,they give different kind of stupid excuses & says that sorry we can not pay your work money & u should give the penalty of our client , after which i received an sms “M/s Nitish Kumar your legal case ID UL/98637E is going for legal proceeding under section 73, 74, 75 in the Indian contract act 1872 due to violating the contract call more details +91-7802881620. kindly hire a lawyer & go further process”
when i call this number a man answered that but did not mention his name he said that “I am the advocate of zenith solution & since you failed to complete the work you will pay sum of Rs 28000/- if the case file in court you should pay more & if you don’t pay we will send a legal notice on my given address.”
Above such type of situation , only mental harassment to the innocent people .
