I’m Roshni Santosh Vishwakarma, i am student and i search for online work and i got this data filing work from VENTURE DATA INFOTECH where I have to fill 400 forms in 4 days with 90% accuracy. They asked for my Aadhar, Gmail id, passport size photo, signature photo for the registration and after that they do process their and told me your registration is successful this all happed on 29th November and start your work but that time i am in train so i ask him can i start work from 1 December 2024 they told no you have to start know but if you need more day you can contact our customer care number and i do same and they give me 1 day and all the form i have submitted withing time i.e. 3rd of December 2024 and on 4th of December 2024 i asked about salary they told to check salary day i.e. 4th or 5th of December after that i got message from Advocate Virat Singh they demanding money Rs.5100 if not paid then go to jail and pay 170000 in court. they have told me you don’t have to pay anything and they take details from me and made agreement and know from demand a money from me and also i have check know same complaint file on venture data infotech and agreement 1st page is also same (same stamp, same number everything is same) , i have attached agreement first page image (which is without knowing me) Please help me
