Sir I was searching for online part time job. I received message on whatsApp from Exacq Solutions regarding online work. I was given wrong information about work which I came to know after starting my work. Very first day of my work I told that employee who messaged me for work about the wrong information given to me. He asked me to pay penalty but I said no to it as I was not given complete details. The employee told me that company had called me and told everything to me but I didn’t received any such call. After that the employee changed his way of speaking and told me that my phone was busy and they called me 4 times. It is not possible that they called me 4 times and I didn’t received a single call. After that I mailed the company that I was given wrong details and I don’t want to work for you. Now after 5-6 days one person called me and threatening me that pay the amount or else he will file 2lakhs – 2.5 lakh case on me. I tried to speak with him and explain the issue but he didn’t listened me and send me message that pay money within 45mins Or else I am filling case. I gave him my advocate number and asked him to speak with him but he ignored that too. Please help me.
