COMPANY : HV TECHNOLOGY

This Intimation Letter Informs you That “ HV TECHNOLOGY ” Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN contract ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on “THE AGREEMENT THAT IF YOU HAVE “ NOT COMPLETED “ ON YOUR JOB THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT. “

As per our conversation I was given a chance for settlement but you can’t pay. So according to your agreement you must present in the Ahmadabad court session court and pay total financial loss of the company.payment is not done so your case is transferred for further proceedings at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 imposed on you and you need to pay Rs. 72102 / – for total loss to our client.

Remedies for breach of contract.
Sec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 – compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.
Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.

IPC SECTION
SECTION-406–Punishment for criminal breach of trust.—Whoever commits criminal breach of trust shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both.
