Dear sir
this is to inform you that there occurs an online fraud of Rs 20360/- through my credit card of icici bank dated 18/04/2022 out of amount of Rs 9999/- has been used through your aeronfly international pvt ltd platform.
after complaining to icici bank customer care, i will got a refund of Rs 233/- on dated 26/05/2022.
i am asking the icici bank regarding the type of refund i received in my credit card ended with no. .xxxxxxx1004.bu t the bank will not be able to provide me the reply to my querry.
So i am requesting you to please tell me the justification of refund of rs 233/- from your platform to my aforementioned credit card.
So please cooperate as i am intended to carry out legal action.
