I was trying to call Slice it customer care number and the numbers I got from google I called them. But I couldn’t get to through them. Then someone called saying I’m calling from the company and he knew my credit card exact balance and also asked me to share the otp. The otp came through the slice registered messaging service. So, I believed him and gave him the otp as he was helping me to convert my transactions into emi options. And the transaction for Rs.20000 was debited. Then I disconnected the call and immediately sent an email to the company and also ran to D N Nagar Police station and I spoke to Inspector Jahangir Mulani regarding this and they noted my complaint. The company whom the money was transferred is pasfer technologies.
