Dear Consumer Court,
I am filing a formal complaint against Outfitters99/Shyam Garden PNPUR, sec23 south west Delhi New Delhi 110077 India, regarding a fraudulent transaction that took place with my recent order.
On Aug 25, 2024, I placed an order for two cargo pants valued at Rs. 899 each through Outfitters99/Shyam Garden PNPUR website. However, instead of receiving the cargo pants I ordered, the company delivered two used ladies’ jeans that were of odd sizes and shapes. These items are not only entirely different from what I ordered but also appear to be second-hand goods, raising concerns about the company’s deceptive practices.
It is clear that the company is engaging in misleading behavior by posting images of high-quality products online at attractive prices but sending out incorrect and used items to customers. This practice is not only unethical but also violates consumer rights.
I request the Consumer Court to take immediate action against Outfitters99/Shyam Garden PNPUR for this fraudulent activity. I seek a full refund of my payment, compensation for the inconvenience caused, and a thorough investigation into the company’s practices to prevent other consumers from falling victim to similar scams.
