I have taken online course for my daughter for JEE preparation from Aakash-byjus, initially classes are going on very well, now classes had been stopped and customer service number of byjus not working. Tried to contact counselor who sold this course, but he said he is in Aakash not in byjus, and byjus is separated from aakash institute. But initially he has make fake promises that these classes are of aakash institute only. He has cheated us. Now no one is listening. Please look into the matter and help us by taking action against byjus and aakash institute. I have paid hefty amount for the course.
