My name is Dhanya P Nair, mother of Abhay Bipin who registered with Byju’s
NDA learning program for 2 years.
My Son Abhay Joined to this program on 3rd Feb 2023 through online demo of
Mr.Akshay, who entered Abhay into this program with advance Fees and
registration of Rs 13000/- and Balance EMI Rs 1666/- per month for 12
months -Total Rs 33000/- for the full NDA program.
We paid advance & Registration fees of Rs 13000/- and received one tab
(without Card) and 3 test books for the NDA program within one week. After
this we don’t have any response from Akshay regarding weekly classes.
Now even after 3 months, the classes have not yet started and we complained
several times to Akshay directly and to Byju’s support team through
different emails and phone calls. All are telling me they will contact me
soon,but no response.
Even the March EMI also deducted from our account, but no response about
classes. So we blocked the EMI payment from the bank since we do not get
any benefit for our money paid.
Even after different complaint registration to Byju’s support team, no
response from anybody in Byju’s team. But Byju’s finance team threatened us
to make EMI payment without solving our problem (Without even attending
single class, they want EMI payment only)
So with all this disappointment, we don’t want to continue our registration
and request you to payback our cash paid for registration and advance of Rs
14,667/-

Please do needful to cancel Abhay’s NDA program registration and pay back
money ASAP.
