Online Check In got rejected and canceled the booking

Text of Complaint by Eamil Augustine:

On 26-09-2023, I booked a flight to Dubai from Cochin for the date 27-09-2023 through Flipkart travel.

I did the online check in and reached the airport at 5:55 PM, I didn’t have any baggages, they denied me and a few others for security check up(terminal 1) and asked to contact indigo office(terminal 3).They said seats are not available and asked to take another connection flight.

This is too injustice to me. Then why online check-in is needed, tomorrow i need to rejoin my company. Now,I lost my flight and asked to pay the amount. I am waiting for the confirmation from your indigo team for next flight and I was treated very bad from staff.

I have my boarding pass, but can’t do security check up.
Being an airline I expected some liberal and standard response from your start, they asked me to book another flight tomorrow or wait until they confirm where I want to go to reach my destination.

While talking with staff, I booked through flipkart and did online check In, so they can ignore me. Even before 30 mins I can see they are considering others.

Now I paid more money for another connection flight.

As a first step, I want to send this to you. My ticket and boarding pass is attached along with this.

Please do the needful.
