I have taken a personal loan from kreditbee application. And I tried to repay 3 times and the three transactions were failed. I got the refund of 2 transactions and the third one still I didn’t get. I complained to Federal Bank and they said the amount was credited to Kreditbee Account. I contacted the Kreditbee team and they told me their account didn’t credited with my money. but I have the transaction history and the evidence for sending the money through my federal account app.
