I placed order for 3 linen sarees after looking at their advertisement in insatgram. As soon as I placed my order, a woman called up to confirm the order and I confirmed for the shipment of my order. I received the order on 2nd July through ekart logistics. The sarees were completely different, cheap and not the ones I ordered for.. this is so unethical and why any action isn’t taken against these fraud comppanie. Why are they allowed to sell their products online without verifying their authenticity
