i made a purchase with Live cozy.in for Bean bag,for Rs.588 with delivery charges by seeing add in Face book , the payment mode was through phonepe and once the transaction was done they sent one order confirmation sms with no details, i tried to reach through phone but it was a fake number , email also fake.can any one suggest , how this could be nailed , it is about the money what i lost , it is more about the people who would loose further thru such fake websites.
