I have ordered for five books on the website: http://booksbybsf.com on 3rd May 2023. Of the ordered 5 books, only one has been delivered. The rest were not delivered. I have tried to contact them through WhatsApp messaging, email and the mobile phone number given on their website. They are unresponsive. I have realised that I have been cheated blatantly. I have paid ₹755 towards the order number #305337032221. This order is partially fulfilled and they have repay ₹426 for unfulfilled part of the order. They are unreachable and incommunicative. I request the general public that don’t place orders on this website. Your money will be swindled. I have come across many consumer forum complaints on them. I hope that concerned persons look into this organisation and take the necessary action on them.
