Hello sir, i am from Sri Vijay nagar distt Sri ganganagar, I want to complaint against a person who is working with online betting fraud sites and looting the money from school kids and college kids as he is inducing them to play, Many young students went into serious debt and some of them committed suside without telling anybody the reason.
There is a person Named Vikram Biban is looting the money from them in name of profit making, please stop this type of person as he already destroyed many people lives,he is working for the company name COOE, Just for commission he is spoiling the lives of people. Please take a strict action against him
He is currently working in post office Sri Vijay nagar but besides of earning money in a fair way he decides to deceive people in this way.
