Hi i have taken loan in Liquid Cash app with lenders Cashalo and Rupee Bazaar. When the payment was due on 24/12/2020, i have made the payment and still the payment is not updated in app and showing as overdue till now. And i am getting messages and mails to do the payment with overdue and i couln’t find the app in Play Store itself and now i am scared to whether they will call my contacts or my friends for the payment eventhough i have made. The customer care number which they have mentioned is switched off and to the mail id also i have tried sending so many mails about the payment and didn’t get any response till date. Please help me with this issue.
