I have booked ticket from Chennai to Dehradun on 19th April’2021 paid 5010/- on Travolook website, after money has deducted someone from Travolook and said ticket got cancelled will be getting refund but still now amount hadn’t received after 5-6 more reminder calls made from my side they didn’t respond too. Earlier they sent mail stated that refund amount will be paid within 7 -10 working days but now actual working days gone 60 days passed. Take needful serious action against the company
