I have booked flight ticket from Travolook.in after payments credited to their account through NET BANKING, They have given me message to me that after 30 Minutes my flight confirmation will be sent to me, I waited 30 minutes but I have received mail that my flight was cancelled by Travolook.in due to fare expiration and amount will be refunded soon, I contacted on 0124-6434800 but everyday I got know that only recorded tone that service is available from 7Am to 8PM even if call in between time. Till now I have not got refund amount of Rs 4869. Please help me out of this get me money which was earned by me hardly.
