I ordered a charge Bluetooth speaker 3 combo from “getsby.in” on 20th October 2019 and paid an amount of Rs 1799 by cash while delivering. But I got only one Bluetooth that too local product,they have collected 1799 rupees .
I searched for their support service and mailed in two support email ids “hello@getsby.in” and “support@getsby.in” but in both the domains the mail delivery is failed. The order is delivered by the ekart facility .
However I have proof of payment and order id and I am attaching the bill which I have received from the delivery guy.
I guess this shopping site is fake.
So I request you to have a look at this matter and give me a support . either the product or the amount should be refunded from the shopping site.
