I have purchased the Onitsuka tiger shoes from official Genting premium outlet worth 350 RM however after buying there is terrible knee pain because the doctor told the shoes design are not up to the mark and the knee pain will remain if you use this shoes
I did emails to customer support team multiple times they offered me exchange when I told the process of exchange they told our outlet will call me ,,but there is no call neither response from their side
I have already invested lot of money on my knee pain after buying the Onitsuka tiger shoes
