I am Sushil Kumar, a Jio user from India, and I have been facing consistent network and internet speed issues for the past 8–9 months.
Despite multiple calls to customer care and raising complaints, no effective resolution has been provided so far. The network in my area is often poor, and data speed is extremely slow, making it difficult to perform even basic online tasks.
