From the first day, my experience with Noise has been extremely disappointing. I received the watch on October 16th, and after a few days, it started experiencing continuous power-off issues. I made a complaint, and eventually, I received a replacement watch. However, the replacement was in poor condition compared to my original watch, which was still in like-new condition because I had barely used it. Despite this, the company did not provide me with a satisfactory replacement product. The replacement watch had numerous scratches, and when I made a complaint again, no one from Noise resolved my issue; they kept closing my request without addressing the problem.
Over the past five months, I have also noticed that the watch chain and body have started corroding, and the corrosion has been getting progressively worse. I do not use the watch daily, so it is disheartening to see it deteriorate this quickly. I called customer care, but my problem still hasn’t been resolved.
I have been patient and have tried multiple times to get a resolution through the proper channels, but my efforts have been met with inadequate responses and closed tickets. If the company does not provide a satisfactory solution to my ongoing issues, I will have no choice but to take legal action. I have documented all my previous complaints, including screenshots and ticket IDs (2257982, 2290816, 2360220, 2369568 and 2956290), and I am prepared to use this evidence in a legal claim against Noise.
Attached are photos of the watch to illustrate the issues I have been experiencing. I hope for a prompt and fair resolution to this matter.
