Dear Sir,
Please note that i have purchased subscriptions of Airtel,Asianet broadband in Onetimepe application. I have been facing lots of difficulties from Onetimepe. I have sent mails , tried to call Customer care. But no response from the team. I have attaching the mails and photos of my issue which i have sent to onetimepe from 14 th June to 31st July in a pdf. My father ,my mother and My friend also purchased Prepaid subscriptions and They have also facing the issues. I want to mention the mobile numbers and the subscriptions . So i will mention the numbers and subscription details in the pdf and Also i will atttach the proofs and photos also.
For your convenience , You have to read the messages from 6 page to 1st page. So you can track the history . (Please note that i can’t upload pdf in your portal . So i will sent the pdf through the mail).Now i will mention the onetimepe portal only.
Kindly resolve my issue .
