I subscribed to a Jio account for a duration of 1 year. Initially, they successfully recharged my account for the first 4 months on a monthly basis. However, I am currently unable to proceed with recharging. Despite my attempts to contact customer service via phone, I have been advised to send an email with all the relevant details. They assured me of a response within 6 hours, but it’s been 10 days now and I have not received any reply regarding my issue.
