I bought OnePlus Y series television on July 2021, got screen problem on September 2021, raised a complaint on October 2021, this got closed without any resolution, following up on the same complaint since October, till date (Feb 2022). Just for sake, some technician visited and they changed the status saying once parts is available, it will be repaired. I am not sure how long i have to wait to get my television repaired. It’s been over 4 months already
