I bought OnePlus x27 monitor from their office site, after a few months of usage the monitor was showing some flickering issue. I raised a complaint to OnePlus support team, they told me that we will refund you money and this monitor we will collect from you. One day the came to my home and bring that monitor back from me. And told me that in 10 days you will get you refund. But after 10 days, I got no refund. I checked this with their support team they were like sir please wait for 24 hours. I have done this so many time and they said please wait for 24 to 48 hours. After 22 days they are still telling the same reason. That you have to wait. My money is stuck also monitor has gone. It’s not an small amount for that I can wait so long. It’s Rs. 28,000 for that I am wait from 22 days.
However the complaint was raised around 45 days ago.
They are scamming me and they don’t want to give me my refund ðŸ˜
