Text of Complaint by Sasi Kumar:

I ordered a OnePlus TV in Amazon with order id- 405-5652244-9297919 in India on
31-05-2022, it was delivered on 04-06-2022 and no technician contacted for installation. I raised complaint that my product was damaged. Inspection request was raised but no one came for inspection. It was cancelled with unusual problem stating product was not delivered, which was already delivered. So on 08-06-2022 I asked for return request and same was raised. It was not picked as of 12-06-2022. But on 12-06-2022 in Amazon application order return request status was not showing. So I raised request again because 16-06-2022 was the last day for return option. They are playing with me. I’m facing severe mental strain due to their negligence and reckless behaviour. I contacted Amazon customer agent more than 20 times. They simply repeated same answer that it will be picked up.
My mind was blocked when I listened from CC that my return request was cancelled.
