I had purchased the OnePlus Red Cable plan for my phone, before which I called the customer service of OnePlus to confirm that it would work on my phone, they said yes and so I purchased it. First I didn’t receive the redeem code for it until I called then 2-3 times complaining that I hadn’t received it even though I was supposed to get it in 24-48 hours it took 10-12 days. Then after all of this I tried redeeming the plan and it didn’t work, so I called OnePlus regarding the same and they registered the complaint. It has been 3 months now and I keep calling, emailing and chatting with them regarding the status of my complaint and the don’t seem to care I can hardly get an answer from them. Every time then even answer it is the same “Please wait 24-48 hours our team will get back to you. I have asked for a refund and that also have been answered yet
