Many people including me are facing this issue in which a green line or several green lines appear on the screen of their phones without any physical damage or liquid damage. My phone is Oneplus 8T which is not that old. I went to the service centre to get my issue resolved, there the technician was checking the phones like they were just finding an excuse to not repair the phone. I have kept my phone safe all the time, never dropped it anywhere, no liquid damage, absolutely nothing. But the technician told me that the screen of my phone has a minor bend, which I refuse to believe as it was not even visible to me or my father. This is just a pure excuse by Oneplus to not replace the screens, they are now asking me for money to replace my phone screen. This is just pathetic service by Oneplus, I request the consumer court to take action against this.
I am not able to share the image of my phone as it is submitted to the service centre at this time.
