I have purchased OnePlus neckband from Amazon before 2 weeks.When item was arrived it was a pitron neckband in OnePlus cover
So i have raised a complaint against amazon and they are going to investigate how this will be happened
But at last moment my money is gone as well as faulty item was received and they are not going to refund my money…
Please help me
