Oneplus is not returning my Phone after being picked up for Repair Service (Under Warranty)

I bought a oneplus7T and just after a year it’s battery started to drain, I booked for a online Pickup service via Oneplus care app, for Repair as the phone is still under warranty. On 26th October the Pickup was scheduled from Faridabad, after which the Phone was received on 28th October at the Bangalore Service Center, it wasn’t looked into until 8th November, when i had to cancel the repair request so that I can have my Phone back at least as they were not doing anything about the phone repair. Today is 28th November, they still have not dispatched my phone, the customer service has been manipulative and just kept saying it will be dispatched in the next 2 days and so forth ever since. They refuse to let us speak to any senior in the same regard. In the last one month I have received one mail on 25th November from a senior still apologizing, and asking to wait for another 6-7 business days for an update, Still not a dispatch date. Oneplus has a TAT to repair and deliver the phone within 7-10 days.
It is beyond any patience levels , frustrating and humiliating at the same time to be without your phone for so long, without any definite rhyme or reason, and still not knowing when will they actually dispatch it or not.
PS- Attching the Screen shot of the email received along with their online TAT mentioned.
Looking for a fair resolution, as i am not able to Trust Oneplus anymore.
