My phone does not have any external damage or liquid damage. It Screen is also perfectly sticked to the centre frame without any gap or glue issue. I sent the device to repair service using pick up and drop from Oneplus. It reached the service centre and i received 1st call stating that my device was serviced at local shop when i denied, they said i’ll get call from technical person.
2nd call was from technical person and 1st he said my device screen in bottom is getting separated from body due to glue which caused the issue. When i denied it he said it might hav started with Greenline but since screen is getting separated so we can’t do it and its also in out of warranty. When i started scolding for poor glue being used and hardware issue caused my screen damage he was silent. He asked me that i should pay for service or he will return the device. I said him I’ll pay for service and asked him to return my old screen to me which he agreed.
I received my package and checked screen it was completely alright and there was no gap betwenn screen and centre frame. That when i came to know i’m being fooled.
Oneplus service centre fools customer and force them to change screen with false information to fill there pockets with money. This is serious issue caused by Oneplus Bug which made me spend 9412INR.
